Atingeti varful degetului mare cu varful degetului index, tinand
celelalte trei degete intinse.

knowledge. The tip of thumb has centers of pituitary and endocrine glands. When
we press these centers by index finger the two glands work actively.
Pentru ca este o Mudra a cunostintelor, imbunatateste
cunostintele. Varful degetului mare este centrul glandelor pituitara si
endocrina. Cand apasam cu indexul (degetul aratator) acesti centri se activeaza cele doua glande.

You can practice by sitting, standing or lying on bed whenever and wherever you

Nu exista o anumita perioada pentru
practicarea acestei mudra. O poti practica sezand, stand in picioare sau

the other three fingers stretched out.

It balances the water content and prevents all
diseases which come due to lack of water.
Echilibreaza continutul de apa si
